Ten little writers writing line by line, one developed writer’s block and then there were nine. Nine little writers writing very late, one nodded off to sleep and then there were eight. Eight little writers happy as if in heaven, one stopped to edit and then there were seven. Seven little writers writing just for kicks, one broke his pencil, and then there were six. Six little writers with stories to contrive, one lost his train of thought and then there were five. Five little writers trying not to bore, one left for greener pastures and then there were four. Four little writers sipping on chablis, one got a little tipsy and then there were three. Three little writers pausing to review, one left to make a sandwich and then there were two. Two little writers hoping for a “home run”, one was rejected and then there was one. One little writer web surfing all alone, found WDC’s great website, and a helpful writer’s zone.
