Please let me tell you about my dear friend,
I'm sure she's someone you probably know.
She gives to everyone without end,
Seeds of true friendship and love does she sow.

As a poet there's no one who's better,
All of her poetry comes from her heart.
Some of her poems are like a love letter,
A poem of hers is a true work of art.

When I'm feeling down, she brings me such cheer,
In ev'ry email she makes me feel good.
I truly know she is someone so dear,
With her I'm sure I'm always understood.

E'en though she's busy, much time does she spend,
To give her attention to those who have need.
There's so many people who call her a friend,
A sweetheart, a darling, a gem, indeed.

You'd think she'd get tired of those asking aid,
But never a sound of dismay is heard,
Her willingness to help never seems to fade,
Her kindness never seems to be deterred.

Have I told you enough about this gal?
Believe me; I could go on and on.
I'm so proud to have her as my pal,
From WDC may she never be gone!
