Late from work, I'm alone at home. I’ve got nothing to do, I’m lying on the floor, 'cause an hour feels longer than a year... How I wish that you were here! I get into my car; I drive a few miles away, where no noise, no smoke can get into my way. And now... I'm underneath the stars, watching them play... And here starts... the twenty-fifth hour of my day... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day. Now I'm on a shore, couldn't ask for more, some distance from me, I see a door. Off it flings open, and there is she, vanilla moon bathes her silvery body... I'm underneath the stars, watching them play... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day. And then I pinch myself hard, but I don't feel a thing, still I know, still I know, this ain't a dream. A whisper in my ears, I know it's you, no I won't believe you even if it's not true, 'cause I know... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day... I'm underneath the stars, watching them play... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day. You begin from my face, you demand some more space. Oh your lips relish mine! Can somebody just freeze the time? And as I look into your caramel eyes, the music of ringing bells fills the skies... I'm underneath the stars, watching them play... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day. it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day. Now the frost grips the rustling air, and as she clings on to me, I feel like a millionaire. The screaming sea can't dissolve the fire, every kiss blazes our burning desire... And then I pinch myself hard, but I don't feel a thing, still I know, still I know, this ain't a dream. A whisper in my ears, I know it's you, no I won't believe it even if it's not true, 'cause I know... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day... it's the twenty-fifth hour of my day... And then I close my eyes and pray... I ask Him to let you stay... I ask Him to postpone the dreadful dawn, but when I look around, you've vanished... baby you're gone. But I know I won't have to wait much, to hold you in my arms, to see you smile... 'cause now I'll be dreaming about you all night. And I know we'll be here once more tomorrow, underneath the stars, as they'll watch us play... in the twenty-fifth hour of my day... in the twenty-fifth hour of my day... Twenty-fifth hour of my day... Twenty-fifth hour of my day... I just don't care what the world has to say, until I see you next, I'll keep singing away... the twenty-fifth hour of my day... twenty-fifth hour of my day...
