you choose the road I'm driving sit there for a while and close your eyes o honey wait until we get there long before the sun comes up still warm enough through the night I'll watch the headlights casting lacey spells upon your sleeping face hid in shadows I believe was wonder made forget the map it never made for sense whenever choice was come direction always seems to know the universe deciding (purple roads) turn around or stop to watch us spinning long deserted strands white lines fading into no one knows (which way to where we're going) forever held within as far as we can reach before the dream wakes up it'll be your turn to drive
