WDC Writers Cramp 10.12.10 for 10.13.10
NEW PROMPT: Write a STORY or POEM about finding three mewling kittens in a box on your front porch with a note -- "Please Help!" What happens next? Do you keep them or ? First or third person is fine. Oh NO, Not AGAIN!! (a note to Mommycat from the herd) You’re suckered by their cuteness, but you already have SIX! They’re precious and they’re cuddly, and they won’t fit in THIS MIX!! You can’t resist a kitten; and we already know that! We’ve got to SIT on your HEART—you can’t have another cat!! They’ll have to grow up sometime, and then they’ll quit being cute! You’d better not give in now; your habits are such a HOOT! . Taking in MORE needy kittens when you know we’ve got a HERD Is just plain foolish nonsence! You know you're being absurd!
