Leader
When I watch you You seem not to notice me and the rest of your own. You seem tough and iron fisted, unmovable. You lead us blindly into the night without even a light of your own You are not what we need. Or. When I watch you. You blink in surprise at this new face emerging from the crowd. You stare and then recompose yourself for fear of losing your following. I see only a man with no ambition anymore. Only a man, where you see a god. I say. When I watch you I grin at your terrified eyes As my teeth latch into the hearts of “your” people I laugh and watch them tear you apart. I smile knowing my enemy is no more. I swore to fight you and what you stood for till one of us passed on…and now you’re gone. Now you’re gone and I will follow suit for the world has no more use for me the destroyer. I swore to fight you and what you stood for till one of us passed on…and now you’re gone.
