Shadow Dance
** #1654917 Not An Image ** Stealthily, the slithering shadows advance tracing arcane and abstruse runes upon stone as dark and light weave in a ritual dance. The silent sun slides ever onward alone casting an imprint that dissolves in rebirth. In passing, its gossamer presence is known. An unending waltz of the sky and the earth, a quiet communion that marks passing days. It’s in the contrasts that we discover worth. Patterns that morph into strange forms that amaze, recall lost memories and capture our gaze. Notes An entry for Round 33 of "Pond Poetry" Prompt: Image Form: Terza Rima is a poem with an eleven syllable count in each line and a rhyming scheme of aba, bcb, cdc, dd. Thank you for taking time to read my words. I would appreciate it if you took a moment and left a comment. Your reaction, impressions, criticisms, - yes, even praise Ken
