Angel of Mercy You walk among us. Your radiant light illuminates the dirty streets lined with garbage. You give aid to the homeless, the destitute, those without hope, those addicted to drugs and alcohol, those re-entering society from prisons. You feed them, clothe them, teach them to live a better life. Most importantly you give them love, unconditional, all encompassing. You show them they have worth, purpose, self respect. They repay you by following your example -- by helping others where they can. Each act of loving kindness makes the world a better place. The world thanks you, Angel of Mercy.
