As the spear drive near my heart I wonder about the ones I love Pain still speaking loudly, in my ears I gasp for air that I no longer fear Waiting, wondering, listening I hear the darkness draw closer on to me "Lord what have they done to me?" see me here in my blood I beg of Thee! At once the terror subsides in me for now... yes I am free As bells of heaven my sing My blessing heart I would bring With warmth I lay and wait for Thee My Lord for Thee... All Eternity
