Thanksgiving Blessings
They say don’t count your blessings Yet I do, for, my thanksgiving blessings Are gladdening, heart filling, priceless and Gratifying beyond measure as my Lord’s love. Each day rolls by wrapped in beatitude Nights bring in peace giving, healing sleep Every season shows a unique spectacle Of grace and splendor; nature’s blessing On all around and beyond my immediate World. The year passes by with spectacular Success for the family and friends flung far And near doing well, and retaining good. I realize that the best blessing has been to be strong Enough to look at the brighter side of a saddening Reality, the ability and hope to visualize a world full of Rainbow luster even as darkness envelops global horizon.
