A dark and dreary, haunted house
Surrounded by a gruesome gate, Achingly summons this grieving louse, On his most unlikely date… Feeling desperate, swallowed whole, By the gate’s despicable wrath, A lost and shattered, vengeful soul, About to take a fiery bath… Grotesque trees and sickly weeds By a wickedly stony well; Souls do come from cruel misdeeds, To this river where sinners dwell. At last, I sing my fateful song, A tune with all my love for God, My faith and joy, so pure and strong, This nightmare shares my soulful nod…
