Persian:  Baaz baad e subhay boo e aashnaaie meedahad
              Aab e chashm e mustamandaan ra rawaaie meedahad
Urdu:      Jab hawa e koo say boo e aashnaaie mil gaie
              Aab e chashm e mustamandaan ko rawaaie mil gaie

English:=== When the scent of her hair does bring the breeze
                  It puts the hearts of her lovers at ease
                                                -

Persian:  Been keh chandeen zaahid az khilwat baroon khaahad fitaad
              Baad ra kaan zulf shaghl e itrsaaie meedahad
Urdu:      Daekh aey soofi nikal ker kunj e khilwat say kabhee
              Zulf say kaisay saba ko itrsaaie mil gaie

English:=== And when her curls do fly in the air
                  Their scent and fragrance is there everywhere
                                                -

Persian:  Aey rukhat aashoob, chashmat fitna, o zulfat bala
              Dil nigar ko baa kiyaanam aashnaaie meedahad
Urdu:      Roo e shehraashoob, o chashm e mast, o zulf e purbala
              Dil ko kaisie aafatoun say aashnaaie mil gaie

English:=== Her locks, her brow, her lips, her eyes
                  Her lovers adore and idolize   
                                                -

Persian:  Aamadam bar aastaan e doulatat ummeedwaar
              Keest koo durwaish ra raah e gadaaie meedahad
Urdu:      Lay kay aaya dar pay hay durwaish ummeedaen bohat
              Us ko kasie daekh ik raah e gadaaie mil gaie

English:=== And to catch a glimpse of the face they adore
                  Like beggars they go and knock at her door
                                                -

Persian:  Khud makun baigaangi baa ma chun meedaani keh charkh
              Aashnaayaan ra zay yak deegar judaaie meedahad
Urdu:      Ker na yuin baigaangi aur daekh dour e charkh say
              Tujh ko kitay aashaanoun say judaaie mil gaie

English:=== But all their pleas she does ignore
                  And treats them as aliens as never before
                                                -

Persian:  Khoon e KHUSRO raaigaan, muzd e raqeebat bar mun ast
              Ger ba yak shamsheeram az dastat rihaaie meedahad
Urdu:      Khoon e KHUSRO ka na qatra tak hua ik raaigaan
              Taigh say jab jaan ko tan say rihaaie mil gaie

English:=== And tells them, KHUSRO, they make her ill
                  And that all of them she would like to kill
