Ancient stone statues pitched backward to lean, Stare with solemn eyes the cosmos to see; Holographic, marvel at star-struck scene, Mesmerizing as Lady Liberty. Drop two stones in a silent pond's entrance. Both circles formed wisely overlap there; Below water's surface; interference Like the spirit of man mingles to share. Wisdom's keys lie beneath the spreading wave: Man’s spirit encircled; never enslaved. Sonnet Form; 14 lines, iambic pentameter Rhyme: ABAB, CDCD, EFEF, GG
