My 'Fairy' Tale
Daydream. I closed my eyes, imagining away, being in an alternate world— dancing with fairies under the moonlight… But mother’s call cut through it all. It was just another fairy princess daydream! Poetic Form -- Rictameter Syllable count starts at two, increases by two syllables per line until line five with ten syllables, then decreases by two syllables until a final line of two syllables. The first line and the last line are identically worded.
