A Sundial's Whistle unlike the normal seasonal change (even in the most temperate climate) or the rattle of dimes and nickels jostling four copper pennies in a deep khaki pocket: her eyes lost all vision every three years for one year until the leap day appears after the last tock or tic of any other day before it- the sun burns her eyes every time in one quiet interval between two sounds of time sung in a tone-deaf language into a large didgeridoo and she's just going to have to deal with it. "The Writer's Cramp" Prompt: Write a story or poem that ends with the sentence or phrase: and she's just going to have to deal with it. (You may capitalize the "And" if it's a stand-alone sentence, and it doesn't have to be in italics, but otherwise use it exactly as I typed it there) [24 lines]
