dream awakens in pieces
of presence



red wind ~ blows from the desert ~ empty




icicles drip
shrinking one
drop
at
a
time




goslings become…
geese gathering
grace




where robins
graze tomorrow,
snow melts today



familiar form (5-7-5)

manzanitas hide
quail incursion from local
hillside residents


crow directs traffic
around desert thunderstorms
smoking a cigar


warm winter cedar
burns with beauty… table set
