Piano Chords Play a chord on the piano. What do you hear? I hear a sound. One lovely, harmonious sound. Play another random chord. What do you hear? I hear a different sound. A single, lovely sound. But play them together. Are they harmonious? Do they ring together Beautifully? Or do they clash? My friendship with you Is the chords that are melodious. The chords that are harmonious. There are many chords that you can play on the piano. But not all sound like yours and mine Played together. Our chords make a new song. When you leave tomorrow, I will miss the sound of the piano. But come back soon, So we can begin to play those chords again. You've been gone a while. And, I don't know why, But I still remember how to play our song. I'll still remember when you return. I'll never forget those piano chords. January 23rd, 2011
