In the meadow in the woods,
There's many a wondrous thing. Fairies dancing gaily; They fly about and sing. Butterflies chasing rainbows Flitter softly through the sky, Always in a hurry, Though not one knows just why. Teddy bears having picnics Underneath the tall oak tree, Are feasting on a meal Of gingerbread and tea. Geese glide across the water Of a pristine, crystal stream. Honking out their sonnets In perfect rhyming scheme. Midst a field full of daisies A fearsome ogre dares to roam. In a toadstool castle, There dwells a kindly gnome. Elves and dwarfs and pixies live Within this enchanted space. There's always a surprise Here in this magic place. Come with me as we wander; New adventures we will find. In this wondrous meadow In the corner of my mind.
