Sing by the light of the Moon

Nothing and no one stays secret for long
The weak are the weak and the weak feed the strong
Life is not endless and right is not wrong
For soon we are here and sooner are gone

These are the thoughts that plague us at night
We battle for peace and we struggle for life
We walk in the dark and we pray for the light
We stare blind in our heavenly sight

There are no mistakes and few correct answers
We try to divide the runners from dancers
Then work to discern the healing from cancers
And sing by the light of the moon
