2010 Quill Awards Ceremony Invitation ML

Note: this item is intentionally written in WritingML format - "markup language" or simply "coded" - to allow Quill Award ceremony organizers the chance to simply copy/paste the following into the body of a WdC-email to their group members and other contacts. I've recopied the coding to demonstrate the end result, which should be visible beneath the ML.

For those interested, this was accomplished using the ML-format command "{db}" to keep all coding visible, rather than allowing it to appear within the item as it did within the 2010 Ceremony invitations.
