"Heavy and Lite" There are some large Americans and yes, some small ones too! For in the land of plenty stands some starving with no stew. Now some will eat the leg of frog or eel on the run. Others eat while in a fog more fast food by the ton. They also eat the rattlesnake and clams baked by the sea. Most will eat a birthday cake and sing poor harmony. Some will eat the family pet, a delicacy of dog and kitty with a vinaigrette, that's cat, no "tater" log! Then some will eat the great hamburg with greasy curly fries, still others will just binge and purge to keep their tiny size. We've seen and heard them eat it all, the nuked and baked and fried and in the mirror on the wall we've seen ourselves and cried. Now in the end we have a friend it's simple exercise, some treadmill time and deep knee bends for the scale never lies. So, always food will find a friend no matter how we fight and in the very, scary end there's heavy and there's lite. ![]()
