New Life

Joe turned and took one last look at the place he had called home for the past 5 years. He had lost his parents in a car accident and only just survived himself. Now he was 16 and now it was time for him to make his own way in the world. He had just left school and would be attending college in six weeks time. Pulling his case behind him he turned and continued to walk towards the waiting car. His parents had said in their will that the house was not to be sold but to be given to Joe. This would be the first time he would step foot in the house since he and his parents had left it on that fateful day.
