The day I grew alarmingly.

After I had finished my breakfast, I went for my daily run. I continued running until I was exhausted and stopped for a little rest to catch my breath. I was thirsty and looked around me. I saw nothing at first but then suddenly I saw a woman coming. She had a red hat with a white flower, an old rogue but a beautiful one. She had small pimples, light brownish hair, and held a stick in her hand. She had something else in her hand, too, something was reflecting and I realized that it was a bag of water bottles. I was rather thirsty, so I ran to her and asked for one but she refused. I pleaded, but still she refused. I started begging but still there was no convincing in her.



At last, I snatched a bottle from her and started running. She shouted and shouted, "Come back here you little foolish girl. Come here at once!" She still shouted at me but I just ran and ran. At last, I stopped and drank all the water but before opening it, I saw something strange written on it. It was something like this:

"Whoever drinks this, shall reach the skies, touch the clouds and see the whole land."

I didn't understand it and ran to my home. I went to sleep as I was so tired and exhausted. The next day, when I woke up, I realized that all the things in my room were very small and looked just like my toys. I felt scared when I saw the roof too close to my head and my legs going out of the bed, touching the bathroom door. Oh my gosh!!!I had become a Giant!I suddenly woke up and my head crashed with the roof. Even though moving caused me to destroy the arrangement of my room, I at last managed to get out.



But when I came out of my room bent over, my parents, brothers and sister started shouting. They didn't recognize me! They ran out of the house. The house was so small for me, that I tried to stand and destroyed the roof. There was nothing around me, and it was time to go to school, but how could I go to school like this? The students would make fun of me. I didn't know what to do and started crying.

While I was crying, I heard people shouting.

I stood up and tried to find the problem they were facing. I saw a building was on fire and a lady was crying that her baby was still in the house while she was rescued by the firefighters. I went there without caring what the people were doing and tried to hear the voice of the baby's cry and I heard it. I put my hand in that house from where the whine was coming and got the baby in my hands. I gave it back to the lady but she started hitting me with stones at me saying that I had caused the fire. I was shocked because I was the one who saved her child's life and I didn't understand how they thought I had caused the fire. I was thinking when the lady threw a stone at me which hit my eye. I couldn't do anything to the lady because I had never harmed anyone before.

I just ran away. I reached the same place from where I had taken the water bottle from the old woman. I started crying and cried very loudly. My tears were as fat as an elephant. One of my drops fell on the old lady. She looked up and asked why was I crying. I felt so strange that she wasn't scared of me as the others were. When I saw her face and she saw mine, oh my! It was the same woman from whom I had snatched the water bottle. She looked at me angrily but didn't say anything to me and was calm. I couldn't stop crying. The woman told me that she had forgiven me because she had seen my true feelings, and that I was really sorry for that. I asked her that how did she know my feelings and her reply shocked me. She told me that she was a witch but a kind one.I requested her to turn my height back into normal but she said that she didn't know how to break a spell. But she told me that she knew a person who could help me out. I became happy and I just couldn't keep my teeth inside my mouth.

I started following the witch. She led me to a big castle but I didn't remember the way. I entered the castle. The witch asked me to stop and she went into a dark room all by herself and came out with a small goblin. His eyes were shining like stars and were blue in color. His ears were long and pointed. He was wearing nice clothes and his body colour was green. He didn't speak and directly came to me. He studied me and asked the witch to bring the "Solted Bottle". She quickly brought it. He just sprinkled the liquid all over me and I felt dizzy. I couldn't understand a single thing and at last I fainted. When I woke up,I saw that my parents, sister and brothers were around me. They told me that I was going to be late for school. They left me to let me change my clothes when I found a slip. "They don't know what happened and neither should you tell anyone--The witch and The Green Goblin, Marlin." This was written on the slip. I was so happy and I would never forget this adventure.
