THE HEALING TOUCH OF GOD'S HAND

When we are brought to our knees by sorrow,
when we are lost in this world full of care,
it's then that we need to look to His promise
that He hears us and will always be there.

Our prayers are the way to His healing touch,
we have only to ask and we will receive.
Ever a help in times of pain and suffering,
He is with us, as long as we believe.

He knows all the pain and the suffering,
He knows that we just don't understand
why He calls some home, without feeling
the wonder and power of His healing hand.

On earth we are given hope and forgiveness,
perhaps thinking that forever is our own.
Yet no one knows the day nor the hour
when it is our time to be called home.

It is by faith that we walk through the darkness,
it is by His plan that we will survive the storm.
He is there from the moment we find Him,
we are His from the very day that we are born.
