Need a little help doing your reviews?

It's so nice to meet you, and welcome to Rising Stars!

The very first thing to do is go here: "Signatures--Member-to-Member Reviews " , choose a M2M sig, jot down the 7 digit number to use after you've typed your review. You will be placing this at the END of your review, using the image format: {image:xxxxxxx}. You must have an upgraded or higher membership to use images. All other members may place a text at the end of their reviews: "An M2M Review." Unlike e-Mail sigs, you must place this at the end of every review, unless you've saved it in a template. WDC will not automatically put your image number in reviews.

Okay, got your number? Now go to "Active Rising Stars, 2006-2012" . This is where you'll see our regular Rising Star sigs, but you're not going to use one of those, just scroll down past them to the bottom, and you'll find all the Active Stars listed there. Choose one of your fellow Stars to review by clicking on their suitcase.

Okay, you've chosen a fellow Star, now choose something in their port you'd like to review. Read it, and after you have, you'll see a large white box to type your review in at the bottom of their item:

Type what you want to say to them, then at the END of your review place your review sig, using the number you jotted down earlier in this format {image:xxxxxxx}, replace the x's with the number you jotted down. Next you must set these:

         Send this review Anonymously
         Make Public: Include this review on the Reviewing page. CHOOSE THIS ONE.
         * Affiliate this review with a group: Choose "Rising Stars Member-to-Member Reviewers " . Both Sponsors and Stars choose the same group now.
         Important: All reviews are logged! Harassment will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.

Now, double check you selected Make Public, and our group, your sig is at the bottom, you have no spelling errors in your review, if so, hit Send.

If you selected make public, then the WDC system will assign it a review number, you can help make my job easier by jotting down your 3 review numbers and coming over to the "It's Our Job To Shine Bright"  and leaving me a post, scroll down to the message area at the bottom, click on New Message. The small white box is called the "Title", and you simply type, "March Reviews Complete" in the title of your post, and in the body of your post (the larger white box) put your 3 review numbers, using this format: {review:xxxxxxx}, replacing the x's with the numbers your reviews were assigned. If you have trouble with the review numbers, that's okay, I can go look them up for you. Just leave me a message that you did your three reviews.


There is another way to review, using a review template, but do your three this way this month, then I'll help you make a Review Template next time, just e-Mail me for template instructions.
