Day-in, day-out
Monday comes again Wakey, wakey, time for school Five more weeks and done Two weeks off Then on to summer Back into the grind. Day-in, day-out There has got to be an end Books to read, things to write Lectures to attend Tests to take, Grades to make Is there no end in sight? Day-in, day-out Leading up to what? A piece of paper at the end Saying I can get a job So that, Day-in, day-out Monday comes again Wakey, wakey, time for work Back into the grind.
