Imagine
What would you do if you were HIM

Imagine for a moment that you have infinite power. Anything you can imagine, you can create. But you are lonely. You long for someone to

talk with, to walk with. Someone to shower your love upon and who will love you in return. But although you have the power to enforce your

will upon your creation and force them to love you, that isn't enough for you. You want to know that they love you for who you are and what

you have done for them. So first you create a paradise for your creations to live on in peace and harmony. You create many plants and

animals to feed your creations as well as animals to be companions for them. You create this paradise and everything in it in such a way

that all your creations rely on each other and sustain each other. Once this paradise is perfect, you set to work on your most cherished

creation. You create them in your image and breathe into them eternal souls so that these beings can live forever with you. Now imagine that

you give your creations only one law and that is to remain faithful to you and stay away from your one and only enemy who has always been

jealous of you and would give anything for just a taste of your power.

Years go by and you and your creations live together in peace and harmony, growing closer each and everyday until one day your enemy

sneaks into the paradise and tempts your most cherished creations to turn against you and join him in an effort to rise above you. He tells

them that they can be just like you if they listen to him and after everything you and they shared together, they turn on you and follow him.

Now imagine that in your anger, you banish them from the paradise you made for them and let them see what a life without you is really

like. They struggle for years before they finally call out to you and in your infinite mercy, you send prophets to lead them back to you. For

awhile they seem to be redeeming themselves and listening to what the prophets say until one day when the prophets aren't looking, they

built an idol and begin worshipping it. In your anger you almost give up on them, but once again your infinite mercy leads you to forgive

these beings so you give them an even greater gift. An opportunity to end the struggle and guarantee their place in paradise again with you.

So you send a part of yourself to them in physical form and show them your love by dying a horrible death for them as a symbol that you

have taken upon yourself all that they have done in the past to hurt you and that if they will just accept that gift and appreciate what you have

done for them, their struggle will be over and they can be with you for eternity. Now imagine that very few of your creations actually accept

your gift while the majority of them spit in your face and refuse to turn back to you. But in your infinite love and mercy, you give them one

last chance. You allow them to make up for the decision they made in the beginning when they chose your enemy over you, so you send

your enemy out to tempt them one last time and you make it clear that anyone who chooses him over you will suffer the consequences and

spend eternity in a world void of everything you have created. But sadly, the majority of them still choose your enemy because his promise

of godhood and a life free of rules and authority is much more appealing to them. So  you gather up your faithful and welcome them back

home to paradise for eternity and because those left, wished for an eternity free from you, with a heavy heart, you cast them out into a world

void of all you have created. But what they don't understand until it's too late is that you created, light, love, joy, peace, comfort, compassion

food, water, oxygen, as well as everything else that exists and that now because they are eternal spirits, they must live void of all these

things for all eternity.
