How precious every day is now - sunlight splayed on sprouts of green. Partners perch along the roof as falcons watch unseen. Here melodies are played again and yellow fellows line the fence. The garden moves her shroud of frost to hold her April lover. Would pink bouquets and Iris plume in places wanting for the sun - at last the gentle waters flow much closer to the sea. To branches once were empty now comes as love to bud - crowded out the pride of Winter's lust. Lingers now as March was left beyond the flower's memory along with this - the past we cannot keep. Chimes are dancing softly in the breeze - Robins peck the fertile soil where winter lies asleep.
