America sits on a throne of gold,
Waving his scepter of democracy. His crown is made from the gems of all nations. His goblet is filled with power. He baths in the blood of men. He smiles to all who follow him, and strikes all who do not. When he stands, everyone stands. When he falters, everyone must catch him. When he dies, everyone rejoices. *I wrote this as a teenager. America is not meant to represent its people, but what the American government has turned it into. My intention was to personify the American government.
