A Senryu poem for Round 38 of Pond Poetry lamenting the loss of individualism.

now carbon copied.



Author's Notes:
This Senryu poem was written for Round 38 of the "Pond Poetry contest using the image above.

A Japanese poem similar in structure to haiku, a Senryu is more concerned with human nature, and is often humorous or satiric--usually in three lines of seventeen kana, or syllables (in American terms).  This poem follows a 5, 7, 5 syllable line pattern.
