And all night long they sit and drink
And in the morning in a stupor they sink

They listen to music with all their soul
And while they drink, they sing and troll

Yuin saja chaand keh jhalka teray andaaz ka rang
Yuin fiza mehki keh badla meray humraaz ka rang

Saaya e chashm maen hairaan rukh e roshan ka jamaal
Surkhi e lab maen pareeshaan teri aawaaz ka rang

Bai piay houn keh ager lutf karo aakhir e shab
Sheesha e mai maen dhalay subhay kay aaghaaz ka rang

Chang o nai rang pay thay apnay lahoo kay dam say
Dil nay laey badli toe madhdham hua her saaz ka rang

Ik sukhan aur keh phir rang e takallum taera
Harf e saada ko inaayat keray aijaaz ka rang
