NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR BEING PASSIONATE
Is it ever wrong to feel passionate about causes or needs; ...what should we do about it? |
| NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR BEING PASSIONATE No person should feel the need to apologize for being passionate about a need or a cause, if that passion could lead to progress in the universe that will not hurt another person. Writers, speakers, philosophers, politicians and good people everywhere are passionate about many things. Whatever their reason for supporting a cause or seeking to meet a need, they need only to be accurate, truthful and they must never intend for anyone to be hurt. Passion that leads to human progress on the earth and in the universe is truly admirable and urgently needed if there is ever to be progress toward the greater good. Too often, politicians’ passion is focused on self and personal desires; this leads to lies and condemnation that cannot benefit humankind, the earth or the universe. Such selfish attitudes and desires have destroyed countries, led to damaging theocracies, discounted whole groups of people, caused great wars through the ages and put dictators on their self-made thrones. Such politicians know who they are with each word uttered in private or public; and, they do not respect themselves or other people. For such reason, they owe an apology to every person they have sought to ‘put down’ while focusing on ‘putting self up”. America has politicians like that and there are too many other ‘world leaders’ who owe many apologies to millions of people in this new century. They do not deserve to be respected; they deserve to be rejected by the millions of honest, caring citizens because of their passionate deceitfulness. All of us need to understand the good people of this world who are passionate about a goal that has the possibility of eliminating evil, improving the lives of all who inhabit the earth and raising the bar for every human being and other living creatures of the earth, as well as the earth and the universe which belong to all of us. We need to listen to those good, passionate people who can lead us to reach higher goals that can improve individual lives, preserve the earth and keep all space in the universe clean and safe for those will live after we are gone. We must let that quality of passion become our own so that we can act in unison to make life better for all persons of earth and the universe now and forever. And, we must never apologize for sharing such passion.{/b} one special review: Grand essay about passion. You speak on the subject with such zeal.
