You Just Left
Feelings of a lost love.

What did you want from me?
You left me alone, nowhere to turn, hurting inside.
I had no one…
I had less of you.
I begged you to stay,
Dreaming up ways that you could.
I needed you near me and you left.
You just left.

You were concerned I would
Go on without you.
I did because I had to,
There was nothing else to do.
Remember where I was,
Remember where I came from,
Can you really blame me,
You just left.

Our lives could have been different,
Nothing in our way,
I would have died for you,
Now I live for someone else.
I remember the pain so,
For the best after all,
To hell with your philosophy,

You just left!
