Discover the place where dreams transpire and a special book that leads to a great wonder.
Dr. Norton Steller walked in bliss about the City of light. He admired the architecture of domes, spires, stairways, and doors that made up the city. He felt a breeze blow on him that was quite peculiar. It was as though the city was breathing with its own life. He could smell and taste the moisture that the moving air brought. He heard a doleful sound that was like the somber call of wondering spirit.

In nostalgia and simple awe, Dr. Steller thought to himself without a care. Yes, such peace. So much better than Earth.

A young man in his mid-twenties wearing a T-shirt and brown Khakis ran towards him as he gasped. “Dr. Steller, I believe I’ve found something about the orb!”

“What? Where?”, Dr. Steller asked anxiously.

“Over here!” said James as he ran back with Dr. Steller running behind him.

“What did you find?”

“It’s right here.”, James said as he kneeled down at the base of a black marble pyramid about the height of a semi-truck with a prism atop it. Strange symbols and pictures of human beings adorned all four sides “Look at this. I think this is a picture of the orb. And there’s someone holding it up. What do you think it means.”, said James.

Dr. Steller heard him but he looked at all the symbols in amazement. “I’ve never seen something like this. These hieroglyphics are so alien than what we studied before passing through.”

“I know but look down here.”

Dr. Steller stooped down where James was. “If it is the orb, it must have a second use.”

“Maybe it's a way to get home.” said James

“It might be but I don’t know where to start figuring out these symbols”

“Maybe there’s another pedestal here like the one we found in the ruins.” said James.

“Actually I don’t think so. I’d think it would be it the same spot we entered.”

“Well there has to be some kind of clue.” James inspected the pyramid and noticed the prism. “Have you seen Raiders of The lost Ark?”

“Off course. It’s every historian’s dream to find it.”

“See how the tip is like crystal or glass? In The Lost Ark Indiana Jones used a metal staff with a crystal on top to catch the sun’s rays...”

Dr. Steller understood what he meant and finished James’s words. “…That shone on the spot where the ark was! James you’re brilliant! That has to be it.” He quickly took the softball sized orb. Dr. Steller had developed a meticulous eye for detail and precision from being an historian and excavator. He used his quick understanding and patience to hold the orb in exactly the right spot where the sun would shine through the clear top and hit the orb.
