The moon was hanging full
hazy beneath the horizon floating away into space, there across the heavens magnified a revolving light, becoming like a shadow I could almost touch it. A signpost to the sea in crystalline waters, the natural color reflecting upwards, the crescent moon shining it’s light on me sitting in my courtyard, a stargazer in holy faith searching for the truth. My life the lonely man seeing our world dying, atom bombs exploding beneath a black moon, one by one the stars fading from sight there into heaven. Shining a life for me praying for lost souls before the gate closes, how about you a friend not too late to be saved, God is calling you home the perfect dome above, angels dancing with you forgiven under the stars.
