Should you ever wake with an ache or a pain
Or if one day you might feel a bit crappy
I wrote you a Birthday Poem to make you feel happy!

ACHES & PAIN & SUMMER RAIN....written for MONTY, our dear friend!

Arthritis, bursitis, neuritis, phlebitis, what do they do for the soul?
Well..I will tell you, most of these swell you, and certainly they all take their toll.
Leaving you feeling as though you are dealing, with a life full of worry and pain.
So we try to out smart them and try to forget them, trying hard to act young again.

Planting a garden, pruning a shrub, watching buterflies wisp through the breeze
Cutting the grass, nuturing seeds, listening to the wind as it blows through the trees.

The aches WILL go away when you're busy each day
Just doing something you love
Praying or reading, singing or tweeting
Drawing on powers from heaven above.

It will matter not at the end of the day
When aches that we get just will not go away
But, please never waiver..keep a smile while you labor
And from God do not ever go astray!
