Time Traveler
If you could know what the future holds, would you listen to yourself?

Time-Traveler

If time could bend,
and I could send
myself to my life’s end
then return with sage advice to lend,
would I choose to spend
the time I have left to rend
my mind and soul ragged or defend
my virgin ears from my own sin,
seeking ill-gotten advice from my time-traveling friend?
