It’s he who I can’t look at
Without my heart racing And I wish I never had to leave It’s him that I will never stop Loving more than life itself And wishing he loved me back So why is it that at night Before I fall asleep The one that I think of The person that I wonder What he’s doing now The one that I imagine holding me His strong arms wrapped around My waist, bringing me closer The one who I think of hiding in his shoulder The one who I want to kiss His army camouflage seems Softer than it should be The one who I could never live without his love Without him caring about me Is not the man who doesn’t love me back Is not the man who stops my heart Is not the man whom I yearn for. It’s the man I have, and loves me too. The man whom I trust and adore. Why don't I yearn for you?
