Bunnies from Heaven
Sated, the hawk watched with moderate interest as a young rabbit ventured from the hedge. Unexpectedly, another hawk swooped down behind the rabbit. The strike successful, it labored skyward, talons gripping its prize. The first hawk stooped to repel the intruder. Moments later, a meal of fresh bunny landed in front of a startled fox.
