Tree Brothers I sit in your majestic shadows under the protection of your boughs. Scent of cedar calms my nerves. Branches, house the birds, animals and insects. They uplift my soul reaching skyward to the sun. Your ancient trunks have seen the history (hundreds of years). You've seen the hunters of other nations as they silently (reverently) stalked their prey and gave thanks for the hunt. I thank you, brothers, for your protection, wisdom and solice. I take comfort from the radiance of your power enveloping me as I sit quietly in thought.
