SECONDALY IT REDUCES FATIGUE DUE TO ITS ABILITY TO INCREASE DOPAMINE INDIRECTLY. BECAUSE OF ITS ROLE IN DOPAMINE ENHANCEMENT , THATS WHY WE CALL CAFFEINE AS AN ADDICTED SUBSTANCE. THINK WHY WE CRAVE FOR TEA OR COFFEE?. DOPAMINE EVENTUALLY CONVERTED TO NOREPINEHRINE SO THE CONCENTRATION OF ANXIGENIC COMPOUND , NOREPINERINE INCREASES. 1-2 CUPS OF TEA OR 1/2 CUP OF COFFEE IS BENEFICIAL. LARGE DOSES OF TEA AND COFFEE LEADS TO ANXIETY. DONT USE COFFEE OR TEA AT BED TIME. ALSO SOFT DRINKS CONTAINS CAFFEINE SO AVOID THEM AT SLEEP TIME. MAKE GAP OF 5 HOURS BETWEEN SLEEP TIME AND CAFFEINE USAGE.
