I was having some deep down emotional problems in my life and i talked to some one to help me with this .and she suggested trying medation any time of the day when i can have an hour out of the day to my self and i took her advice about trying the medation part.So i did it and it really works for me it helps me rest peaceful at night when i lay down to go to sleep at night .and it helps me cope with the ruff patchs of the day i also have ..So i am thankful for this little peace of advice and found out that it does work if you just give it a chance .
