If tomorrow morning I did not rise you would not care,
If I did not get up and greet the dawn you would not notice. The world would be unchanged; the lives of others would go on, If I never woke up again. I would not be remembered or celebrated by the masses, I would leave behind no foot prints to follow, no finger prints on hearts. No great impact would come of my demise, I would simply be forgotten. And whose fault would that be? Only one person can choose to make my life meaningful and that is me, My decisions alone take me to new heights or bring me to new lows. It is a choice to wake up, to be alive and to touch the hearts of others. So today I choose life.
