Paranoia
Rated: ASR | Poetry | Dark | #1813840
Being paranoid.
Sitting in my dark room, I run over to my window

slightly separating the blinds

peering out into the street

Parked outside was a black explorer

Two silhouetted figures emerged from the car

While one walked towards my front door

the other leaned against my tree

smoking a cigarette,

staring up at me.
