Nemesis

Never did I dream
Everyone would seem
Menacing, eyes filled with a gleam;
Etching pictures upon a moonbeam,
Sketches revealed the scene;
Instant tears began to stream
Silently, as my muse joined another team.

Acrostic Monorhyme Poem.

An Acrostic monorhymes are have a twist - the first letters of every sentence form a word which is the title of the poem, and the rhyme scheme is a/a/a/a/a etc throughout the poem.
