All things must die
Death is a transition So more can start anew A tree will rot and crumble Fall and crush a Squirrel All things must die Fertilize the forest floor Seeds will grow more and more So more can start anew Old will grow slow and feeble Carnivores will corner and cripple All things must die They'll feed the females of the pride Cells will split and then divide So more can start anew Maggots infect and crawl through meat Suckling on nature's rotting teat All things must die So more can start anew
