Heaven's Tears
God's remorse.

Heaven’s Tears

Heaven’s tears fall on
us all, a sign of remorse,
of regret, of sorrow
from our Savior,
our guardian angels.

Haven’t we turned
the peerless Paradise
into a black hole
preferring pain and misery
to joy and peace?

Oh, what is the allure
that desire has, for, we
never think twice
giving up proximity
to our heavenly Father

for kinship with the devil?
The helpless God looks on pitiful,
waits incessantly for the vital change
in our spirit and manner,
and return to His fold.
