Then And Now

Then And Now

I think back to when I was young.
Many a dream were yet to come.
Soon my wishes would be fulfilled
God would surely grant by His will.

I grew older and began to believe
I'd have to give if I was to receive.
Still I rejected God and His love
And His blessings from up above.

Then I gave my repentance to Him
God forgave all my wayward sins.
Now I'm a Christian serving His will
I no longer walk on a path to hell.
