African Night
A poem about the on coming African night

Set burning sun
Your day is done
Sleep weary eyes
As stars light the skies
Rise glowing moon
Who knows what dangers loom
Gaze wise owl
Watch the predators prowl
Be silent, be still, dear animal
As night brings it's chill
Fear not the African night
For everything will be alright
And with the new day
All evils will go away
