The Really Big Jumpin’
Poking fun at my shared, youthful Asian heritage - a cute poem.

This item requires reviews with ratings.
A day in the life of some real superstar,
Driving and leaning all over his car,
Springs to the basketball court from his seats,
To see if his long-range hook shot repeats.

A most brilliant serve from this island nation teen –
Wow, he’s still wondering, where has this been?
But no time to achieve a ninth double fault,
So he mustn’t be charged with aggravated assault.

Back at McLowry’s donut shop lacking
The proper poundage he shouldn’t be packing,
This skinny Asian lad from Singapore,
Has yet another cinnamon roll, just like before.

Partying hard with his ninety-first beer,
He shifts his crazy motor into high gear;
Smoking a cigar, he loses consciousness,
Suffering from his twenty-first birthday's duress.
